Wait time is absolutely terrible! I got to my appointment early so I would be seen quicker only to wait 3 hours just for a sonogram. They say they only have 1 sono room for all 5 doctors that work there, which I understand but plan appointment times better.

Very disappointed, made my appointment over a month ago & get there they don’t put me w/the doctor I made the appt/with; instead change me w/o my consent & when I questioned this they tell me I have to wait to see if the doctor I initially made the appointment w/will see me this after 2hrs... this is NOT right, it’s hard to get off work & than to go thru all this is ridiculous.

I only come there for dr. Ayda Montalvo she is a great doctor. But their billing personnel is a corrupt person. They need to audit her. How she collected my insurance payment and refused to reimburse my upfront payments. I was put on hold more than 5 times because she couldn't figure out her numbers. And tried left and right finding my mistake. She thought I called without any documentation in my hand. Very rude. She kept saying \It's not your money\. Then, whose money was it? Yours? Cause you pocketed to yourself?

I have been a patient of Dr. Garza Montalvo for about 20 years and I have always had positive experiences with her and her office. She is very professional and explains everything she does step by step to make you feel comfortable. She takes the time to hear your concerns and answer questions. I will always place my trust in her. I have even called her to ask advice on procedures other doctors recommend and she answers every time and guides my decisions. Through my pregnancies she and her colleagues were always helpful. I had high risk pregnancies and she helped me through them emotionally as well as physically. Although at times there might be a little bit of wait, it is not everytime and I don't mind because I know she will take the time with me too, as it should be. I know that I will always be in good hands with her. Her nurses are always polite and ready to help. They set up the necessary procedures for the patients and they assist us in anything we need. I definitely recommend Renaissance Women's Center.

If you can, please reconsider searching for a different clinic. I rate this clinic a 1 because I waited 2 and a half hours for my appointment and because staff is rude. The wait times are extremely long and I left extremely disappointed. Having to wait till 1 pm fasting with medication that causes low blood sugar is ridiculous. Horrible service.
