Oil change
Scheduling was easy and the intake was simple driving my car right to the service door. It took a little more than an hour for the oil change and rotation which was a little long. I think the tire pressure was supposed to be 40 each tire but it said 35 when i was done. The process overall was good and the people were very nice.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dealership. After being with them solely for over two decades I can definitely say they are incredible. Honest, caring, friendly and always fair! Hello everyone, I recently purchased a truck from Arnold Chevrolet Buick. First, it is important to know that I do not live in NY, in-fact I live in Colorado. I want to leave an honest review since these other reviews helped me find CHRISTOPHER SADUSKY. You can imagine how a long distance buyer like myself would want to make sure everything about this purchase went smoothly. At first, I spoke with 2 random sales guys from Arnold and to be honest these gentlemen were not easy to work with at all. After searching reviews to even see if I wanted to continue, I read about great experiences others have had with Chris Sadusky. From the Get Go Chris was an absolute professional. I can honestly say that working with Chris really helped me to be put at ease. Christopher had no problem taking photos of the undercarrage of my truck, Walk around video, countless photos, countless information I needed to be be assured that I was not getting a lemon. I had the truck shipped from the dealership to colorado and when the truck arrived it was exactly as I expected it to be. I was able to get a good price for a good truck and a streamlined experience with Chris. I would Highly reccomend to anyone thinking of getting a vehicle from Arnold to seek out CHRISTOPHER SADUSKY you will be glad you did.
