I contacted dealership spoke with Holly. After going hours back and forth on a vehicle and she kept telling me waiting on finance to get back to us. End of day was approaching so I contacted dealer after 5 hours with no reply . Salesperson answers phone and tells me they have no one in finance just someone covering . Also that they just took a deposit on car. So why did I get a credit inquiry for no reason? Why was the car not sold to me after I had been dealing with this Holly person and she made run credit and never followed up all day. This is bad way of doing business my inquiry should be removed and they need to coordinate better .
