We initially hired Assured when we had plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. We were so impressed by the technician, Scott, that they sent out that we decided to get a quote from them when we determined it was time to replace our 16 year old AC/Furnace units. The rep that came to the house to give our quote, Ben, was phenomenal. He spent the most time of any company that came out to provide quotes. He asked lots of questions about what we were trying to accomplish in making our upgrades and he spent a lot of time inspecting our current systems. He answered our questions patiently and followed up the next day. Needless to say, he got the job. (Their pricing was slightly less, perhaps the same as another competitor's but the communication was tons better with Ben). The install team that performed the work was courteous and efficient, keeping us updated throughout the day of their progress and what items remained left to do throughout the day. I appreciated that Assured recognized that ours was a big job (3 units to replace) and so they sent a large crew so that the job could be completed within a day. Five guys arrived and they worked hard all day from 8:30 AM-6:30 PM. I was impressed that every time anyone is sent to the house, I receive an email from the company letting me know the name of the person who will be arriving along with their photo so I know who to expect.

Three Technicians during three separate service appointments told me I needed various parts for my unit. They also told me I needed to replace my entire unit. After having two other companies come out for a 2nd and 3rd opinion I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with my system. I replaced various parts of my system through Assured, and now I'm wondering if I needed those parts. I'm a Army/war veteran, and the owner claims to be one as well. This is not the military way!
