Firstly, they did a great job with the plan of setting times for visiting and taking temps, along with reminding people to make sure there masks were pulled up. Sadly, it's impossible to control a large groups of people so maintaining 6ft apart was difficult at times. That side, our day there was wonderful. The tanks are mind blowing and leave you in awe. So cool to hear all the kids in awe too. I highly recommend, so glad we went.

The aquarium was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The enclosures were large enough that the animals seemed happy and comfortable and the aquarium has done so much for animal conservation. I loved all the educational material and interactive exhibits! They have an extensive array of animals and it was just a great and fun experience no matter your age!

This aquarium is huge! I flew all the way from New York just to visit for my birthday. The only reason why the four stars was I purchased tickets for 11AM. I arrived 10:51 (they say to arrive at your time) and when we got there we had to wait in the rain because they were still accepting tickets from 10:30 am. Anyway, I strongly suggest always purchasing your ticket at least a couple of days beforehand as today the tickets were sold out for all times. I spent five hours in the aquarium. They had dolphins, crocs, jelly fish, stings rays, whale sharks, beluga whales, star fish. Amazing. Their gift shops have amazing things ! They take a picture of you when you enter the aquarium (25 for one to be printed out) Food: they had some food options, a little expensive but glad they offered it. I wish they would have like security or something to make sure people are doing social distancing because when I was in the line I couldn’t even bend down to tie my shoe because of how close the people behind me were. No personal space as you can see in the pics I’ll be posting. Overall I must say that this aquarium is definitely worth the visit. The only place I’ve ever seen a whale shark.

Mannnn. When I say this place was everything it was hyped to be. I love simple things. So coming here was amazing and very affordable. The atmosphere was simply amazing. If you're reading this, I'm posting this during the pandemic. The staff really enforced this policy which I was very happy about. If you're looking for something to do with the family or just a get away, this would be the ideal spot.

Excellent job with social distancing guide lines! Made sure everyone was wearing a mask. Never saw anyone without one. Kept crowds to a minimum. Great social distancing at dolphin show. Glass dividers at all exhibit windows. It was a lot better than expected. We went during and the week right at the 9am slot. Got in first and was very nice that way! Recommend going during the week and early for safest experience. As always an amazing aquarium. New shark exhibit is awesome!
