It is not easy to send your loved one somewhere and you can not be there, but if I had to leave him somewhere it would definitely be this place. My Uncle George was so happy in this place. He said that the staff was so nice and attentive. He said that the therapists all took good care of him and that the people treated him like family. My hats are off to the cook as well because he really enjoyed the food. My entire family was happy because he was not calling the rest of the family every 5 minutes trying to come home. We love Mrs. Judy at the front desk would definitely like to thank her for being so sweet when we brought his clothes. Thank Signature Health Care for everything.

This place was very disappointing. My mother-in-law was in Signature Of Buckhead for 21 days for Rehab. During this time she never received a shower, barely received water to wash her face and mouth. The Family received no communication from the Health Care Team except one conference call from the Social Workers. No report on the Plan Of Care at all. No medical updates from Physician or any other medical staff period...Trying to call and gather information is useless. I’m thankful we sent her phone with her otherwise we would have had no idea what was going on with her. She stated it was awful and would never return. I would not recommend it to anyone. Now that Covid-19 is a issue and family can’t visit I know it’s exactly like she said.

My Aunt was sent there for rehab after a hospitalization. We have yet to receive a family care/case conference and she is being discharged today. Covid testing,, discharge orders in order for her to return to her residence, have been requested but not received. Return calls are few. The speech therapist, Ms. Willis is the only person who made a regular and consistent effort to provide an update on my Aunt's progress whether or not I called.The weekend desk clerk was courteous and helpful. A Basic course in etiquette would serve the staff well.

My father was admitted in February of this year for rehab. The rehab team is awesome!! I am so grateful for Sam and Brian. A special thanks to Cheryl and Angela (CNAs)he continues to share with his friends how well he was treated at Buckhead. He is now home and doing well. Our family thanks you!
