Grace Rehab facility is a joke...this place does not care about their patients or their families. My grandfather was there for a week and was treated horribly. There was little to no communication between the facility and us while he was there. He is a dialysis patient and Grace was supposed to arrange transportation for his appointments. He was stuck at dialysis for 5 hours after his treatment was completed without transportation. We were given misinformation on several occasions and when we went to pick him up he was in far worse shape than when he went in. Personnel would not help him use his phone or find his phone. He was stressed and anxious the entire time he was there. When other nurses evaluated him, he is severely dehydrated, unable to move, and has lost a significant amount of weight in just a week. This place does not have the patients best interest at heart or allow the family any information or support. We are disgusted with this facility! DO NOT put your loved ones in this facility!

This place is horrible and staff is very non responsive to the patients need. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. I came for rehab and was very disappointed. The meals are less ti be desired. everyday there is an issue that is not resolved and promises not kept.....i am so thru with this place .....
Unpleased with a place that's so called Grace. They have not completed the laundry that was missing. They gave my grandmother what they wanted when her clothes we're missing and also bleached. Her discharge was a nightmare. I still haven't gotten a correct medication list, the nurses missed one of her meds and she didn't receive her eye drops the entire stay. Her floor flooded with water everyday until she left they removed her from her single room left her things in the room and the painters had paint on the things that was left behind. They don't answer the phone when you call. I'm highly displeased with the entire staff and I'm will not recommend anyone here.
This place helped me when I was down on my luck. Rehab and nursing was great and supportive to my condition. They have a welcoming person to get you acclimated to the facility and know what next steps will take place. When I was ready to go home, they even helped me with services I needed and my follow up appointments with my doctor. Huge help to me with no family in the area.
I brought my father in about a month ago, and Kimberly and Lakeisha truly made the transition effortless! all the staff has been very nice and kind to my father and have made his stay there enjoyable. I am very pleased.
