Horrible customer service!! Cleaned out my unit on 11/30 and contacted Atomic Storage. Spoke to someone in person and they assured me that I would be getting my 20 deposit back if unit was in same condition as when I rented it. It was in better shape. Not only did I not get my deposit, but they added insult to injury by completing another EFT for 60. They owe me 80 now. I have tried all week by email (twice) and phone calls to both numbers numerous times and no one will return my calls. Be careful using this storage business. Not reliable!!

I do not understand why I can't get ahold of anyone. I have tried to call the number online , and the number in the automated message to try to ask questions about the unit that i payed 30 to reserve. I also sent a text to the emergency number that they give you to text or call. Nobody has responded to me and its been 48 hours. I even drove up and there and there is no office or anyone to talk to in person. I am extremely frustrated and i just want my money back but there is NO ONE to even get in touch with about that!?!?

I'm so disgusted with this place!! Can't ever find anyone on the property to make your payment...gate is always locked, can't pay online to make it easier and now our key card does not work..we have had storage there for 2 years and this is NO WAY to run a business..you have to call several times to get a call back..so done with the unprofessional way they do business..can't believe they still have customers!!!
