I have worked with Marty often over the years, and have always found her to be honest, fair, very competent, and extremely hard working. Her main focus is always what is best for the children. I refer friends and family to her, and am confident in her abilities! In my opinion, if you are reading a negative review about her, it is because that person \lost\ their custody or visitation and instead of acknowledging the truth, they blamed Marty and lashed out via Google reviews. I give her 5 stars and two thumbs up!

I just spoke to a receptionist in this office who was extremely rude. I tried to explain my unique situation to her and when I was done she expressed that I gave an awfully long explanation for such a simple question. She forwarded what I sent to them to him. She told me to deal with him. I am going out of my way to do the right thing with regard to my divorce decree. I remember this attorney as being kind, but I can see why this their rating so low if her receptionist represents her office in this unkind way. I apologized several times for bothering this woman, but each time she let me know how much I had inconvenienced her, i.e. she had to go to the basement to pull the record, she had to call him, mail him. I just feel demoralized.
