I’m trying to drop off a prepaid package for delivery, everything is closed except these lockers. I get here, and it’s not working, someone left a note saying it hasn’t been working since 5/6/2020 - today is 5/30/2020. The helpline gets you nowhere. Come on UPS get your sh!t together!

Delivery was originally to be delivered between 2–5pm. Day of delivery I received an email stating delivery by 8pm. I get up at 3:15 AM. 8:15 PM I’m on hold with Amazon trying to find out where my delivery is? Seriously UPS?!!!!

The area is a bit shady. I wouldn't go by yourself after dark. Even in the daytime... pay attention to your surroundings.

UPS service is very bad I rather use FED-EX they always one time or before time never had a problem but UPS thumbs down

Bad experience with them. Went to pick up my package locker never opened tried again said was already picked up. Locker never opened never got my package called them they were of no help.
