I had a really great experience at this center. I went in to print off some documents before a job interview. I was a bit pressed for time and you can imagine my frustration when the self-serve printer began to reject my PDFs (it turned out I'd saved them to an unusual paper size). However, after a little while one of the attendants noticed my situation, called me over the counter and printed off all my documents (there were about 10, one of them more than 30 pages long) on one of the professional printers. Not only did I end up with higher-quality paper, but he gave me the whole print job only for the cost of the money I'd already spent on the self-serve printer. I ended up getting about 35 worth of copies (including color copies I couldn't have afforded otherwise) for only about 5.50! Needless to say I was very impressed by the service, and the quality of my print-outs wasn't at all shabby either...
