Nancy Wagner, the service manager, and Jeannette Sanger, the used car director worked as a team to make my purchase from Audi of Charlotte a tremendous success. Jeannette made sure I was given an informal introduction to the Audi I purchased. Nancy made sure the maintenance of my vehicle was done to satisfy me. She made sure an inspection of my vehicle was done and then explained how my problems were going to be corrected. I was very satisfied after the repair was done. I couldn't believe I received a phone call from her after I got home. She wanted to know how my car performed traveling home having driven over an hour. Thanks Nancy Wagner! Glad I purchased an Audi from Audi of Charlotte.

Max was awesome!! I was worried about test driving cars with a baby and teenager, but Max was very patient, friendly and easy to work with. He made everything simple and efficient, went through a whole tutorial on how to use the car and tips for space saving. The whole team was great: from Max our Salesman and Daniel the Sales Manager, to Kenn in Service. I really feel that they care about me and my family and were after our best interests. Both Max and Kenn gave us piece of mind with our Q7: a safe, reliable vehicle for our family as well as service support for anything down the road. I Love My Audi!
