I have a KORG OASYS that screen stopped responding to touch inputs. I lost fate in it and was thinking to either sell it as is or donating it. But I love it so much and desired to do some research if this can ever be repaired. I went on eBay and found a replacement touch brand new touch screen and bought it since it was reasonably priced. I went on KORGs website and search to see who is authorized to repair these things. And found these guys. I called to make an appointment to bring to them for the repair. So they took it in and within couple of weeks their customer service called me that repair of the screen was completed and ready to be picked up. After inspection their repair it was done quite perfectly well, they put back all parts back as original. And I can tell these guys know what they are doing. Highly recommend them.

From Becky & Lindsey at the front desk to Albert, the repair tech, the service, professionalism and genuine friendliness is outstanding. I've had a classic turntable and two cassette decks serviced at ARS. Each time every detail of what was needed and recommended was thoroughly explained. Unlike other places, I never felt pressured to have any service done. Mike is very professional and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend ARS to anyone who needs audio equipment serviced. These folks are great!

If I could give ZERO stars that is what they'd get; but Google makes you pick at least one. Called first to try to get some simple info from a tech on the phone before driving all the way there and going through the hassle of bringing my broken speaker in; got receptionist and was refused. It would've taken less than 30 seconds. Told I must send email; cannot speak to anyone. This is horrible customer service and receptionist blaming it on Covid-19, which has nothing to do with increased audio repair volume and no excuse as to why no one can talk for a few seconds with a prospective new customer. Typical poor Los Angeles customer service mentality. I will be taking my new business elsewhere; to a place that values the customer relationship. And YES I already found another business who was willing to take a 30 second call to go to- as well as refer others to in my business and already dropped my equipment off; I don't need the owner of ars granting me their self righteous permission in thier \owner reply\ to my review to do so. I have already found a GREAT AND RESPONSIVE AUDIO REPAIR SHOP WHO VALUES CUSTOMER SERVICE. Keep your response to yourself; it means nothing as it is TOO LATE NOW.

Classic Synths

My Korg 01w Rack Synth was fixed within 4 days with their rush service. They know what they are doing. Mine had 5 bad capacitors which leaked and also damaged some traces on the main board but now it's working again. Thanks to ARS. Totally recomended.
