Everyone in the office has the knack of making you feel like you are the most important patient/client that they will see that day. They truly make you feel cared for! I first visited Audiology Associates of Lancaster about a year ago. They were very professional and friendly. I was just not ready to admit I needed a hearing aid. There was no pressure to buy a hearing aid which I really appreciated. But several hearing aids were able to be tired and feature explained fully. I recently returned to Audiology Associates of Lancaster and was retested and finally admitted I needed a hearing aid. Again no pressure and very professional. Everything is explained fully and I am enjoying my new hearing aid and hearing all the things I have been missing for years. These ladies do care about your hearing and they care about their patients! A handwritten thank you for choosing them was a very nice added touch! Thank you Anna and Corry!
