I rented an appliance dolly, I needed an extra day so, I called in to extend my time. The customer service that I received went above and beyond. It felt like they knew exactly who I was although this is my first time renting with them. Kudos to Shantae please excuse the spelling if it's wrong. She's AWESOME!!!

This Home Depot tool rental facility has to be the slowest place on earth. You absolutely cannot get any service

Prices are ok, and they are friendly, but they should staff that area a little better. At least 2 guys; 1 just doesn't cut it. People don't want to wait for 30 mins and have to flag down manager after manager to get someone over there. As the line gets longer and longer.

They had certain rental equipment listed online as available in store. When I got there, not only did they not have any, the employee informed me that they \don't carry those at all\. So, I ended up paying more for something that was not what I wanted and dealing with an employee who was either having a bad day or just couldn't care less about her customer service job. Either way, I'm not impressed. I did let customer service know that they should probably update their online information before they had to deal with someone who might not be so kind about their inconvenient experience. Those employees were pleasant and receptive.
