I rented a truck in Mason, Ohio. I left my sunglasses in the truck. The truck was subsequently driven to Geogia. I received a call from Trowel Trades asking me if I had left my prescription sunglasses in the truck! I was very appreciative of the efforts they expended to track me down and ship my glasses to me. 5 star rating from me! Thanks Bryan.

DO NOT RENT BUDGET TRUCKS FROM THIS LOCATION! AWFUL BOOK KEEPING AND WHEN YOU RETURN THE TRUCK AFTER HOURS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR MILEAGE YOU DID NOT EVEN DO! I AM STILL BATTLING A OVER CHARGE OF OVER 269.34 BECAUSE THEIR 'RECORDS' SHOW THAT WE DROVE OVER 365 MILES IN 5 HOURS IN ATLANTA ON A SATURDAY!!!! [YEAH SURE??] I AM A VERY TRUTHFUL PERSON, VERY HIGH CREDIT SCORE, VERY TRUSTWORTHY, PAY ALL MY BILLS IN FULL... I WILL PAY WHAT I OWE, AND WE ONLY DROVE A LITTLE LESS THAN 25 MILES PICKING UP ITEMS FROM A GARAGE SALE. I REFUSE TO PAY THIS AMOUNT AND THIS WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY UNTIL THEY OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKE. WE GAVE THEM A POINT BY POINT ACCOUNT OF THE DISTANCE AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. WE HAVE TO HANDLE IT WITH THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE. MORE OVER THE 3RD TIME WE WENT BACK TO POINT OUT THAT THE VEHICLE NUMBERS DIFFERED AND ASKED FOR PAPERWORK ON THOSE TWO TRUCKS THEY SAID ONE OF THE TRUCKS WERE NOT THEIRS AND THEY DO NOT HAVE RECORD. WE LIVE IN A GATED SUBDIVISION AND THERE IS RECORD OF THE TRUCK COMING IN AROUND 10:30 AM AND LEAVING ABOUT 1PM. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS BIG...BUT NOT THAT BIG, ESPECIALLY ON GARAGE SALE DAY THIS IS NOT EVENT FEASIBLE!!!! TRUST IF THEY DO THIS TO ABOUT 100 CLIENTS A YEAR THEY WILL HAVE VERY GOOD VACATIONS. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! NOT HONEST PEOPLE AT ALL.

Great customer service. When I walked through the door for the first time, I was immediately asked how I was doing and if I needed help finding what I was looking for. Trowel Trades has a large selection of equipment and scaffolding. I highly recommend visiting the store.
Everybody is very friendly and will do whatever it takes to make sure you' re satisfied. Very nice selection of benchmade knives.
