Often difficult to get the help you need for your elderly loved one... But they also do provide many helpful services, so I have to be fair, but it's just very difficult to get those services.... Run around, multiple calls, no return phone calls for weeks, miscommunication, it's too bad, but overall, they do help, just good luck trying to navigate to get that help!

It's a nice place for the seniors to go 3 days a week they play Bingo and they feed them
they just provide phone numbers and do not have resources or the ability to help seniors in serious need of assitance
