Anne Dee and her staff handled my recent downsizing estate sale and I have only praise for their work and was thrilled with the result from my sale. From the first meeting with Anne and Cindy to discuss the sale process, through the end of the sale I was impressed with their knowledge, organization, research and professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with her dedicated, experienced and friendly team. Anne is very thorough and highly organized and Cindy is very creative making displays of sale items. Cindy kept me informed on the progress while getting ready for the sale. The result of their hard work was amazing! They had my house cleared out and cleaned up immediately at the conclusion of the sale - no one would ever know there had been a 3 day estate sale with a house full of people in it! I was able to list my house on the market immediately after the sale. Anne keeps impeccable records and I had the proceeds, including an inventory tally, a couple of days after the sale. Anne and her whole team put together estate sales that are neatly organized, and always have a collection of fascinating things! I’ve gotten some AMAZING deals over the years. My husband and I have attended hundreds of estate sales over the past 35 years and we can honestly say that Anne Dee Estate Sales ranks at the very TOP of the list of estate sale services. Anne and her staff put together estate sales that are very well organized, interesting and fun - and the items for sale are priced very fairly. In addition to offering good prices, she uses a markdown system after the first day of the sale that helps get the remaining items sold at even more affordable prices. But you'd better show up on the first day, and show up early! Things sell very quickly because the prices are reasonable and not overpriced. We always seem to find treasures and useful items that we can't resist at Anne's sales, and sometimes find ourselves going back on the second and third days of the sale to get something we saw the first day that we decide we need or want - whether for ourselves or for a gift. Estate sales can be very hectic events, and Anne Dee Estate Sales have established quite a large following over the years. Over the three day period of a sale, she serves hundreds of customers, both long-time customers and new customers. It can get chaotic at times with so many people needing assistance seemingly all at one time! In our experience we have been amazed and impressed at how well and courteously Anne and her staff take care of their customers, especially when handling high pressure surges of business . We have always seen them bend over backwards to help customers when necessary. We are simply long time customers who appreciate all the effort that goes into putting on an Estate Sale, having to please and satisfy not only all the customers attending the sale, but also the family that has sadly lost a loved one. We highly recommend Anne Dee Estate Sales to anyone who likes to attend good quality estate sales or to anyone who has the need to hire an excellent estate sale service to handle a sale for them.
Hands-down one of the best estate sales I have ever attended. The whole agency is amazing and I highly recommend them! All of the employees are extremely professional and friendly. Everything is organized with reasonable prices. I cannot wait until your next sale!
