It's been about 2 months since I found this company and thus far our experience has been TOP NOTCH!! From their communication, scheduling, professionalism and of course flexibility has been above and beyond. If need personal or professional Covid19 testing they are the site for you. If you want easy scheduling and billing for Covid19 testing this is the place. Mike, Paul and their entire team has been very supportive during this pandemic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our associates were able to show up, get a quick COVID test an leave. All information was sent right to our customer and their communication was amazing. We went to ARCpoint for COVID-19 testing and it was the best possible experience! Online scheduling, prompt service at our car, and we had emails in under an hour with the results. The person that swabbed us was so friendly and my toddler wasn't afraid at all! GREAT experience in a not great situation. Highly recommend!

Took a Covid rapid results antigen test there Tuesday which turned out to be a false positive even though one of their employees, Paul, insisted the positive results are 100% accurate. Two negative PCR tests taken over the next day proved the antigen test result is incorrect. False positives and negatives happen, but to be told there is 100% accuracy on positives is incredibly misleading and in these times absolutely cruel. I left a voice mail to them Wednesday night explaining this, and I'm writing this review 36 hours later after not receiving any call back from them.
