Had a work place injury, ended up wanting a second opinion as the first doctor said it required surgery. After exchanging mails confirming that I would be allowed to come in for a second consultation. I rushed home from a work training in Dallas back to Austin to make sure I would have enough time to confirm an appt and swing in, upon calling the second time due to the first voice-mail never being returned, the told me that this office doesn't do second opinions. Well weird since the emails came from C. Smith The Surgery Scheduler for Orthopaedic Associates of Central Texas AND A. Orta the Office Manager. The change in policy somehow changed between the second call and the last call. The training I lost cannot be rescheduled until the following year due to not being able to complete it. This has further damaged the already low paychecks due to both covid and the injury. This is completely unprofessional, immoral, and incredibly frustrating that the staff cannot get their doctors and care co-ordinators on the same page. Dr. Rose's office will never get another recommendation and will actively steer others away from this practice.

Dr. Robert Grahm and his team know how to deliver wonderful results. 6 months later I am pain free and I have full range of motion. Life could not be better!! A consideration for future patients is to use the Physical Therapy professionals associated with Dr Grahm. While it was inconvenient for me to trek 35 to 45 minutes each way I would recommend that you do not miss out on these experts. This PT made my results achievable!! Thank you Dr Grahm and a special thanks to Louis my guide and counselar in PT for the last 6 months. Wes S

Sitting here in waiting room for 1st visit. Appointment was 9:40. Got here at 9:00. Finished paperwork at 9:20. It's almost 10:00. Bad start.

Dr. Szerlap is just great. Suggested I look into several options before considering surgery. Made me feel ABSOLUTELY secure that he would be able to help me. I do agree with the other review about the intake part of the practice. Never called to remind me of appointment. Had me do the wrong paperwork. But the Doctor and his medical assistants are as good as anyone could ask for.
