What an Awesome store & staff. So happy my dog & I got Grinch pictures! So cool. My fur babe loves the froyo. I love how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. Very Detail oriented on the ingredients that they use in their food. They truly do care and want to give our pets the best.

I brought my puppy, Toast, to Paws on Chicon for the first time today. All the workers were very friendly and gave me very useful advice on food and toys! Toast really likes a No-Hide beef chewer and cheese sticks they recommended at the shop. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this place!! I used to shop at another local pet store that was recently bought out and was looking for a new place to buy all things animal. I came here to wash my bigger dog after my dog wash station closed during the pandemic and I am now a loyal customer. Everyone is always soooo sweet and helpful. I often end up leaving with more than I came in for based on their recommendations. The dog wash station is also top notch. It’s so easy to use and their soap dispenser is probably the most convenient thing I’ve ever encountered. I am obsessed with Paws and I’m happy I can support an amazing local business.

This is the place to go. They are super friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly helpful! I was in the process of shifting my dog Shaggy off of puppy food and went into Paws for advice since there was too much conflicting information online. The staff walked me through all my different options and helped me pick new food that made the most sense for my little guy. They also gave me pointers and things to look out for during the transition process. Afterwards I received a hand written thank you note from the owner. I will be coming back, especially thanks to the frequent buyer program. 10/10 Recommend.
