Went in today to get supplies for our German shepherd. Very few people were present. Girl behind the counter asks if we have masks. I replied, no. She says you have to have a mask to be in the store. No problem. We will NEVER go back. Had just come from Lowe's, about 500 people in there without masks. You want to pander to the COVID19 garbage, you won't get my business.

Fairly clean, very gracious staff, way over priced for pet. They offer financing so they can make more money. Allowed to hold pet and find out its character.
We come here almost weekly for hedgehog food. The staff is very personable and management seems on top of everything going on. Very pleasant atmosphere and knowledgeable staff.
They have registered puppies and they say they are not from mills. Prices I guess are ok considering how much a puppy costs now a days. Animals seem well cared for. They Have a calendar for when they will get different breeds of puppies in. They are also very careful about handling the puppies. Hand sanitizer before and after holding a puppy and not putting the puppies on the floor. Also you cannot hold the puppies if you are under 18. Good precautions, none of the puppies looked sick. .... Update Both my boys are doing good. Almost a year old now.
It's dirty and the animals "are not from puppy mills" but from breeders but look underweight and sickly. There is not a good stock of any animal supplies and the cages are always dirty
It was ok but they didn't have many puppies and I'm not sure they don't use puppy Mills which I am against.
Quiet, layed back environment. Clerks are patient with children. No puppy mills.
