The office is closed inside, l went to la michocana on 7th St where they send me to purchase the bus ticket and was refused because I was told it was mandatory to have a Gmail or no sale.shall I say no more.

Nice ride my father & nephew travel with this service every time they travel to Mexico...
We called to see if any seats were available to depart the station on the 26th. The lady we spoke to said that they did have tickets available and they would be 150 for each ticket. We decided that was too much compared to other times that we’ve traveled with this company. We looked online and the same tickets were available for 103 each and for “first class”, which makes no sense how you are able to determine “first class” and coach on a bus such as these. We got an error message on the website when trying to purchase the tickets via an iPhone. So we called the station again and asked about the site. The lady then said they do still have tickets for 158 each for “first class”. So we asked her why they were available for 103 on the website. She said she doesn’t know and only knows the price they have in their office. That makes no sense and it sounds like very shady business. Money that can be pocketed if you buy a ticket at the office rather than online. I think this business needs to be looked into to be certain that they aren’t cheating customers out of money. And an employee should know why there is such a big difference in price from those online versus tickets from the station office. All of that being said, I advise everyone to purchase your bus tickets online because it is possible that they are ripping off customers that go into the office to buy tickets. We saved ourselves 300 by ordering online. And not to mention that you avoid talking to a staff member that apparently doesn’t know anything and has ZERO answers to questions.
Over 5 hours late and counting. The station was cold. My son was left freezing cold and wasn't advised of how long he'd have to wait. 5 hours of him shivering cold and then cannot even get a refund to look for more dependable ways to leave. Treat people with more care that or may your company close asap. Oh and how about you speak English on your phone system. Pressing 1 for English gets you more Spanish.
