This is long, but please read. I usually don't leave poor reviews, but this was the worst \service\ I've ever received and I don't want anyone else dealing with the issues I had with them. I purchased an SUV from them in March 2019. and within a week it gave me issues although the test drives felt fine. The engine was stalling, it had no air filter, there was problems with the solenoids, and a few mechanics said there was an issue with the catalytic converter. John and Jim informed the that the vehicle was serviced at Subaru of Missoula prior to me purchasing it. I called Subaru and they didn't even have my VIN on file. I spent money on repairs (John and Jim did pay for one service check-up) however when I tried to contact them about the issues I was having and that it was never serviced, they gave me several excuses as to why they didn't do their job. They also referred me to Unique Auto Services in Missoula. When I took my vehicle to Unique, they told me I had to do a full engine rebuild, which would cost 8000; to me it's not a coincidence that I was referred there and was then told my repair would be expensive. Not only that, I took my vehicle to other mechanics and no one else said it needed a full rebuild. I completed the necessary repairs (out of my own pocket, around 450), and it's now July 2019 and my car continues to give me problems and I will likely sell it. My point with all this is; do not let them lure you in. They are nice at first (when you're writing them a check), but they are no help after the purchase and they do not know what they are selling. This was an absolute waste of time and money.

John and Mike were great to work with and offer an unbeatable price. The whole purchase process was laid back and honest from the moment I walked onto the lot. I'm driving away with a truck at a great price! Super happy and I would totally recommend checking them out for your next car.

If he doesn't have It on the lot, He WILL find and get what you want! Prices are very competitive! Always a good selection of nice inventory! John knows cars... Period.

Meeting the people of ABC is the best thing to happen to me in a long time. I had flown cross country to pick up a classic car that turned out to not be remotely close to as advertised. It couldn't make it out of the parking lot let alone a 2000 mile drive home. A chance meeting in a hotel lobby with the gentlemen of ABC and they took it upon themselves to help me out. They checked their inventory then started calling contacts to see what they could find. Within minutes they found exactly what I was looking for only a better car than what I'd set out to buy and got me an amazing price. I'd been looking for a year and they pulled it off within minutes on their own time and without making a dime. I bought that lovely machine and just got her home. John D'Orazi (I lost the other gentleman's card) is an honorable and good person. You'll be safe working with him.
