Hard to rate.... On one hand, the service department is top notch. Excellent auto service and customer service. Always friendly. Now...the sales department...boy. How to say this kindly? The sales rep 'Jacob' was terrible. He apparently had no access to the sales sheet, no idea on any vehicle prices and had the same response for any question asked: \I don't know.\ 1st rule of salesmanship: If you genuinely don't know the answer, simply say: 'I will find out.' This guy just kept spewing out 'don't know' answers to every question asked of him. What's even funnier, is when we asked how long he had been selling cars...he almost replied with 'I don't know.' Jeez...I can't help but pity the person unlucky enough to encounter this salesman.
