There are MANY options when buying a new car and I HIGHLY recommend NOT buying from AutoNation. Bought a brand new Acura and had it shipped to Colorado. The attached pictures are how it was loaded onto the truck; full of snow, dead battery, broken window and EMPTY gas tank. Yes, A BRAND NEW CAR WAS SENT WITH THESE ISSUES! Note: See the photo directly from the shipping company when they picked it up. I called the manager Bill D. to explain the situation and he came up with several excuses...none of which were true or helpful. He lied about sending me a temporary tag and told me he would overnight one. Well, 7 days later nothing. STEER CLEAR. Trust me.

Just purchased a 2020 MDX. Eric Witt and John Carey handled the transaction. I found them to be honest (did what they said they would do) and very helpful. John handled transitioning to the new vehicle in terms of learning and setup. He knows his products exceptionally well, is patient, and just a downright good person. And since these vehicles are very sophisticated, you will need John's expertise to help you through the learning curve. I found my \buying\ experience with AutoNation to be a good one and think you will too.

This visit was a simple tire change from all season to snow tires. As usual, Seth greeted my husband by name and with a smile! The waiting room was comfortable and staged to allow for social distancing. The sales team smiled and welcomed him. These small things add up quickly! Well done everyone!
