This dealership blew away my expectations . From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect from “Champ “ and the team here. I knew just from they’re service and attitudes that I would be making a purchase that day. I will definitely be sending people even my own customers to visit and hopefully make a purchase!

My wife and I purchased a really nice 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Pleased with the purchase. Pleased with response of Sales Manager and Sales Rep. Why only 3 stars? Nothing to speak of where they went beyond expected. Did not provide a full tank of gas or make me feel like we were getting a great deal. It was a take it or leave it mentality as is with all Auto Nations. I wanted the Jeep bad enough to proceed with the average deal we got. Nothing there in a customer service capacity to really blow your skirt up...kinda like everywhere else where going beyond is a lost concept. Just very Average. Not bad...just average.

What started out as a less than satisfactory attempt to repair/replace my radio/navigation system in my 2018 Ford Explorer was rescued by the service manager’s commitment to make things right. Dealt with a service advisor who is new to his position. Very personable but we had some communication issues. I’m confident they will be resolved and appreciative of the effort to make things right.

Our old van blew the engine while we were on vacation in Orlando. We expected replacing it to be a nightmare, since we were from out of town. We had looked at vehicles at two other locations when we came to AutoNation Ford. The folks there turned our search into a dream. They had the perfect vehicle we were looking for. It was clean, sharp-looking with low mileage and a fair price. They got financing for us and offered to return the rental vehicle we had been driving. We got in our new vehicle and drove back to our condo that night. I would definitely recommend AutoNation Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle in the Orlando area!
