I've been coming here primarily for service for I think 4 years, and I have loved my experiences. I suggest calling ahead of time for an appointment, and, if possible, discussing what you are coming in for if unsure. Even with that, most places will say bring it in so they can look at it. There is a diagnostic fee that can be absorbed into the price of fixing the issue. I'm not trying to convince you that their procedures are so different from others. I am just telling you that the service advisors are nice people and have not tried to get over on me, but encourage you to be as informed as possible, and ask questions to get the comfort you need to make the best, good decisions. They used to take other VW dealerships' coupons. If I am not mistaken, they have service technicians there that have won awards for being the best in the country over the last couple of years. That's just something nice to know. Prices for service continue to rise probably everywhere and here is no different. They are extremely busy most of the time, but if it's possible to call early in the morning to speak to someone, do that. Be nice. Consider them as you want them to consider you! I hope your experience works out as well as mine have. You missed John and Katie, but say to Mike, Sam, and Justin!!

I went to a few dealerships looking for a specific car but because I don’t have perfect credit people didn’t take me serious. I contacted Autonation and Jewel called me back with detailed information and got the process started with me over the phone because I was uncomfortable sitting in the dealership all day in the middle of a pandemic. Jocelyn finished the process and got me the best deal possible. It was a great 1st time buyer experience.

This is our third purchase here and I will never purchase anywhere else. We drive from Dahlonega. Jay was fabulous and so patient to show me several possibilities and find the vehicle that I wanted at the price I wanted. I was given a very fair price for my trade. This place has been pretty good to me. I’ve had a couple poor experiences with them out of the many many times I’ve had to take my Atlas in, but they have been pretty quick to rectify matters and I appreciate that. I hope we continue to maintain a good relationship... cause God knows that’s what this is.
