Spent about 10 minutes on the phone with their representative and essentially went to school on modular home construction. She was amazing. I won't be using them for this project but now I want to find a project where I can use them. Honest, upfront, educational.

I just want to say how happy we are with our new home !! Avalon gave us a superior home which exceeded our expectations. Hilary, who designed our home after listening to what we wanted and needed, was exceptional. She stayed within our financial framework and designed a home made just for us. Chris, our supervisor, answered every question and was there for us every step of the way. He included us on every detail. No phone call went unanswered. We have professional contractors in the family and they are amazed at the quality of the materials used. Highly recommend Avalon and just want to say thank you again for our new home.

We offer personal and professional service to all our clients. We will only ask for a drawing deposit after we have provided a written estimate and specification. If a client provides a plan deposit, they sign an agreement stating that the deposit comes off the total cost of the project. We do not pressure clients like others and move forward when the customer is comfortable.
