I highly recommend using this business for anyone needing HVAC service. I was having issues with heating in my home and they had someone at my home within 30 minutes. The two gentlemen were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. They had my issue repaired quickly and I will be using them again in the future if I need any service.

We called Awtrey Heating and AC as our antique furnace in our newly purchased home decided to stop working correctly on Christmas Eve. Shane, the owner, came over the day we called, and moved jobs around on the schedule so that we could get our new system installed the next day. The gentlemen who came to install it did a very professional job, and they were dog-friendly! The two Brians/Bryans who installed the system and one more person (sorry, forgot his name) got to work quickly and efficiently. We had a new furnace, AC, and water heater installed and debris cleaned up and hauled away by the end of the day. Highly recommend.

They truly care about their customers and want to provide the best customer service possible without pressuring tactics. Nick is awesome & takes good care of us. Very happy with my decision to go with AWTREY! Followed neighborhood app recommendations, and of the companies I reached out to - Awtrey was best pricing, very responsive, very professional, and extremely helpful! From the initial visit (with Shane) to determine which system would work for me - to the install, very pleased. The estimates were very promptly delivered, the office (Amy) was extremely helpful in coordinating - along with the cell phone text system which sent reminders and confirmations of appointments. The installation crew (Bryan and Nick) were VERY helpful - on time - very clean and professional - and quite thorough. Overall, along with the 5 year warranty - and membership to have my seasonal maintenance visits and filter checks, I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY to give Awtrey such a good rating! Thanks very much!
