Very honest company. Our realtor recently ordered a Survey location report done on a home we are about to purchase. We were not able to get a hold of our realtor to order an actually stake survey. Did not know what company was used. So I called Axis. When talking to the gentleman he informed me they would love to have our business but if we called the company that did the location report they would give us discount. Wow. Who does that. I was shocked by his honesty. Thank you.
If you need something done in a timely fashion, look somewhere else. They took weeks to get back to me, assuming they return my calls at all. I was told my project would take 4-6 weeks to complete; it's been 4 months and they still aren't finished. Multiple times I was told I would get a call back by the end of the day, but didn't hear anything until I called back several days later. Everything started well, but at this point I'm tired of the excuses and empty promises.
Did not end up using Axis Surveying for their service, however, they spent a lot of time on the phone with my instructing me what I needed to have done. So from a customer service standpoint, I highly recommend and Eric was extremely helpful for me. In the future for my surveying needs, I will definitely reach out and get a quote from them.
I had questions about my property lines and floodplains. The gentleman in the field and Eric where incredibly helpful and provided me with a lot of the information I needed.
