Very unhelpful..I have a part go out on my home A/C that is under warranty and the manufacturer (International Comfort Products) said Baker Bros is the distributor and to take the part to them to get covered by the warranty. Baker Bros said the unit wasn't bought from them so they won't help with a warranty issue..I talked to the manufacturer again and they said it would have to go through a distributor..I explained the distributor won't help they said I have no choice they won't send me the part without the distributor. Another distributor is 2 hours away and they said they would cover it but the certified A/C installer would have to bring the part in..So I would have to pay the A/C guy to drive 2 hours away and back to get this covered because the local distributor(Baker Bros)won't make the part good. So I would have to not recommend Baker Bros or International Comfort Products which is a Carrier company. It looks like the \warranty\ is good for nothing.

Will it wasnt good i talk to then on phone drove 30 mins from my House Got there 15 min before time to closed and the doors were locked and not a soul was there and to me thats bad business
