I own a local HVAC company and and paid 46 for a bi flow filter dryer and immediately returned it drove down the road to Standard bought the same one for 12. I get everyone has to make money but ripping off the people that keep your doors open that's just bad business.
No direct consumer sales. Such a shame to see a store sales model like this nowadays. Plenty of other supply houses in the metroplex that will gladly take your cash!
I will have to say this is one of the better businesses I go to. They always have what I need and are very friendly on top of that. They sell to the general public and the prices always beat what you would pay if you have a service tech come out. If you are a dIY person and have the skills, they have what you need at a reasonable price to keep the family happy. Happy Wife happy life. I give them full marks and recommend you give them a try if you are in the neighborhood.
I used to go here whenever I needed a part, but they no longer want my business. They literally refused money. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else that actually wants customers.
