Balanced responded within an hour on an after hours emergency leak and did a great job getting it under control and then making repairs. Were very professional and courteous in answering all questions I had. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues

We had to call for emergency service in a weekend with our on demand water heater and they were on time and great to work with. They helped diagnosis the problem and I would definitely use them again for any plumbing services in the area. They are by far the best I have ever worked with.
Was starting to have an issue with basement drain backing up - finally caught it in action to get an idea of cause (water softener cycling.) Paul came out and confirmed the ejector pump was on it's way out and replaced it extremely quick. He also helped quote some other projects I know are coming up. Very knowledgeable, fast and reasonable. Will definitely plan to reach out again as needs arise.
Had an issue come up with our plumbing backing up, the guy that came out was kind, efficient and trustworthy. Even though he gave us news that we were not happy to hear, he was upfront and we apricated that.
I recently called Balanced Plumbing because my sump pipe was backed up. The water was spilling out just outside my house and the pump was turning on every minute. It was after normal business hours, but Paul showed up in only 20 minutes. He quickly identified the problem and had the water flowing in no time.
