I walked into this place so excited to see what they have because I am building a new home. Unfortunately, I was greeted with rude customer service! The gentleman never got out of his seat to even acknowledge me and my family’s presence. He made rude comments to us because I was looking at the brand: Frigidaire, and not something more high-end. I’m not on a champagne budget. I work 2 full time jobs and I am trying to purchase as much as I can outright. I gave a 1 star rating, but honestly they don’t deserve that. A little customer service training is needed for their employees. I was only in there for 5 minutes and was treated like they could care less if I was in there or not! I told my mother it’s best to move on to another store! Well I did, and gave the big box store my money instead. I am a big believer in aiding the small local businesses, but in this instance ... go to Lowe’s . I had a great salesperson there that worked with me and knew what he was doing, as well as being understanding of my budget.

Absolutely the very best customer service experience ever! They were amazing from the time we walked in the store. We had an issue with our appliance that was NOT in any way their fault yet they helped me every step of the way to fix it quickly and effortlessly on my part. If you want value and great customer service shop local and stay with Baldwins!

We purchased a French door style refrigerator at a much better price than expected or that I could find elsewhere in town. Plus Mark, Sheila and Chris have a wide variety of brands. Delivery was on time and handled professionally. My wife and I have bought appliances from Baldwin's before and have never been disappointed.

My refrigerator died. Looked at local big box store and couldn't get waited on. Heard Baldwin's ad on radio and decides to go in. Big box store was going to be two to three weeks for delivery. Baldwin's delivered exactly when I needed. Great team delivered my items. Price was lower for a better appliance than at the big box store. I appreciate the owners honestly and help! Highly recommend

These guys are great people. I've been looking for a freezer for months and a friend recommended Baldwin's. When I contacted them they unfortunately had none in stock but were able to give me a schedule of when they were expecting freezers-down to the hour of expected arrival. We kept in constant contact today and I received a call when the freezers arrived. An hour and a half later I unloaded my freezer into my garage.
