Brilliant experience. Was very worried about the weather, with our flight being mid October, but the weather was perfect! The whole experience was great, start to finish. Felt safe and relaxed the whole time, and everyone loved their time. Burners are hot (you really won't need any extra layers up there). The crew did a great job talking use through the safety stuff, and I enjoyed helping getting the balloon filled before take off.

Booked a ride with Jay back in May to celebrate my fiancée's birthday. However, the weather wasn't in a good mood and we had to reschedule it. Jay's communication was superb and he handled our reschedules well. Jay and Bill both went above and beyond to make sure we had a good flight experience. Would definitely fly with Balloon Depot again in the future!!
Jay was our Pilot. He was great, very knowledgeable and really loves what he does. Seeing someone that enjoys what they do as much as him makes the experience even better. We got close to a river and tree tops then landed nicely in Bobs field. The flame is very hot so getting cold wasn’t a problem. I would recommend ear plugs if you’re sensitive to loud noises. The flame is roughly a foot above your head and it is very loud. Intermittent but loud. Anyways we loved our experience and plan on bringing our champagne cork back next year!
Our balloon ride was absolutely incredible and romantic. We got the best experience! The views were spectacular and peaceful. The sunset was gorgeous.You can feel 100% safe. The crew is extremely knowledgeable and skilled with 29 years of experience. He truly loves to be in the sky. It is his passion. This is such a good gift for any occasion. Just one complaint that time went to quickly! Thanks for a great experience!! I can’t wait to do it again!!!
We took a balloon tour back in Autumn 2010. It was so much fun. The staff were extremely friendly. It was fun to set up and tear down, too. Dinner was great; it was a good buy for a fun evening. The views of the local pumpkin patches were beautiful along with the foliage.
