Great service and customer service, but this place needs a DEEP clean, the shower tile corners are full of accumulated dust, lampshades look like they haven’t been dusted in a long time. My experience was relaxing but not as I wanted because of the place being dirty.

Hello trying to get a hold of the owner. Seems like customer service is not her priority. After trying several times to speak to someone I finally got a hold of a nail tech (who said they were all independently contracted) and did not have a number for the owner but if she saw her around she would give her my number to call me. Then miraculously she said hold on she is passing by let me get her for you. I over heard her tell the nail tech she did not want to talk to me to get a number. How disappointing! Hello owner if you read this please call me your independent nail tech has my number.
Daisy, my stylist is the the best ever! She won’t let me make a bad decision and always gives me an incredible price. The receptionist Madison is friendly, punctual, and intelligent.
I went for the Spa 180 experience. They scheduled my pedicure first, which made absolutely no sense, because it was ruined after the massage. I asked for them to fix it and they told me it would be another hour. I rescheduled to fix the polish ( something that takes 10 minutes) for the following week. Then I got there and they made me wait 50 minutes total to tell me it would be another 30 minutes. There are better places that have much better service.
I went in asking for a specific hair color of red and when I walked out I had orange, brown and red. I was with someone who dyed my hair first and then didn’t like the end result and so she started to strip the bottom half of my hair with bleach but some parts of my hair were orange and others were brown. I left feeling ugly and I went to a different salon to pay even more money to have it fixed to the color that I wanted. I paid a lot of money to a salon to leave having my hair orange, brown and red. It was a waste of my money and time. What’s even worse is that the owner looked at my hair and said it was beautiful which was a complete lie.
I got my nails done by Victoria! She did an amazing job, planning to become a regular! The spa is stunning!
After moving back to El Paso my hair was damaged by another salon. I then went to Barragan's and it was such a difference. Rosie is a miracle worker for curly hair. My hair is now healthier with a cut designed for my hair type.
Get a special spa treatment at this facility. From Jacuzzi to different massage treatments to mani/pedi and hair care. Wonderful atmosphere and very friendly and professional staff.
