I have been coming to this restaurant for nearly 8 years. They had one of my favorite dishes in this entire city. I eat out a fair amount, and I have worked in the food industry for 12 years. The ownership in the last year has changed hands and my favorite dish is now complete crap. I would never order it again, and I will never return to this restaurant again. I literally used to clean every drop on my plate, and now I didn't finish anything. The biscuit doesn't taste fresh, the spaetzle is greasy and not fresh, the chicken was dry and tastes completely different than before, and the gravy tasted like it came from a box. Not only was the food terrible, but it took over 10 minutes to be checked out at the register with one customer in front of me! While I was attempting to eat this terrible food, an elder lady had come in the door and was standing near the baked goods area. She waited so long without service she walked out and drove away. I could see at least two people in the kitchen, and then the man that took my order was nowhere to be found. After giving up on the food I waited for a few minutes to complain to the man that took my order. He asked what was wrong but didn't seem to really care. I don't understand how you can change a deliciously fresh meal into all packaged crap and think it will work. He certainly has lost a customer for life and I highly urge anyone thinking about trying it to go to Sonic instead (and I hate fast food).
