Would give 2.5 but that option isn’t available. I came to look at a car, made an appointment called ahead an everything. Arrived and had to wait an hour for them to bring the car. I had two salesmen (partners) that then tried to rush the transaction and have me make a down payment before discussing or seeing any financing numbers because they were closing, which was not my problem, and one of the salesman had the audacity to have an attitude. I came back the next day because I really loved the car and wanted to purchase. As a consumer I had questions which I asked, and I have a right to ask questions but the salesman was very rude and had an attitude. Despite all of this I still decided to purchase (I liked the car) and it was only then that magically the salesman gained some patience. A few days after having the car I receive a call to come back as there were some parts ordered and needed (cosmetic) for the car and they also need more info. I was annoyed because all of this should have been done beforehand and perhaps if they weren’t so rushing or pushy, they would have known these things needed to be done. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t heard back from my salesman on my inquires about my plates or updates since. Ive emailed and called and left messages but nothing. I enjoy the car but I think this place needs a haul in terms of professionalism. Hope I hear from someone soon.

I have had a wonderful experience. My agent was Sherif and he was superb. He was very patient, knowledgeable and polite. I was so relieved to find someone who genuinely cares about the clients. He made a lot of effort to help me get my car. He was very transparent and it made my experience even better. The staff is very warm and make you feel welcome. The showroom is very clean and airy.
