I don't think this place should be considered as a clinic office. The staff is so unprofessional. I went two days in a row and got different information each time. The lady at the front desk was eating with her mouth full of food and talking with other patients at the same time. I will never go back there again and I will never suggest to anyone else to visit this doctor. They deserve 0 stars.

The staff is nice but Dr.Baum does not show up half the time....Very unprofessional and filthy waiting area..... Have some pride in the profession you have chosen...I guess that's too much to ask....

Dr. Baum is an amazing Doctor.. I would give him 5 stars based off of his work ethics . The reason i give my overall rating of 2 stars is because of his Staff. They are so damn rude its unbelieveable . Dr. Baum needs to replace his whole staff except for Maritza.. she is the ONLY one who shows that she cares. Everyone else is in their own world. You call someone picks up , hang up, you call again no one answers its crazy ! Not to mention the hours your waiting it's ridiculous !

My son recently fractured his ankle. We went to Dr Baum for an evaluation. I am a RN and have to say Dr. Baum is terrific. He has great bedside manner. Only issue which is pretty big was wait time. The office is super busy. Staff is amazing but overwhelmed. Dr Baum did try and create order did not work. If you don't mind waiting then this is for sure the doc for you.

doctor is nice .the staff is horrible saw the doctor first week of November its now December 1 and they still do not have my report ready have been waiting for a MRI I am currently in pain my insurance cant authorize the MRI because they have not received anything from their office very upset I have been calling they tell me they are 3 weeks behind and I need to give them time. then I called last week before the holiday they state they would have it ready called my insurance still nothing called this morning and they put me on hold for 20 mins . RUDE RUDE STAFF. I guess ill have to wait until my hand falls off so they can rush that report to get my MRI done.
