I went to them for the very first time a couple weeks ago. I’m a new owner and a golf buddy of mine uses them for winterizing his RV. They may be ok at that minimal service but trust me, that is all they are good for. The first impression you get when you enter their office is the total chaos and seat of the pants operation they run. Given my buddy’s recommendation I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I’m sorry I did. I have decided to rent my RV to cover some costs of ownership and the company I use requires certain safety checks be performed on a quarterly basis. I asked them to do those plus two other things. The bill came to over 330. My audible gasp warranted an owner, Shelley, and she removed .75 hours bringing it down to roughly 260. Still far too much but I told her, because she was willing to manage the bill, that I would come back for all my quarterly checks. Three days later I’m showing my RV to a new renter and I open the hood to demonstrate where the charging ports are located. lol and behold I find a “cordless phone” laying under the hood. I’m surprised it even closed given the position the phone was. Anyway, I returned today to return their phone and initially they were delighted and saying “I was wondering where that went.” only to be defiant when I said it could have caused some serious damage and that they were derelict to leave it there. I suggested all could be forgiven if they gave me an hour of free service in return for their negligence and the owner said “120, are you crazy?” Well, I’m crazy I guess because I want to cause them a lot more than a mere 120 worth of customer satisfaction. Help me do this and spread the word. This is a sloppy operation that is probably (and I say this without any evidence or credibility) doing less than what they provide as a service. Buyer Beware!
