These guys ROCK!!! Came here to look around for design ideas. Talked with Mary and went over what we ideally wanted. She had nothing in their standard design set-up but asked us to let her do some more research. She was able to hit every point we wanted in the house and has walked us though the steps perfectly. AWESOME JOB!!!

Do not buy from Beans. They have the WORST customer service I have ever experience, incompetent sales staff. Mary would disregard any request and ignore our questions. Took days, sometimes weeks to get responses. She even spoke badly about us to a contractor and by mistake sent us the email (instead of to the contractor) then wouldn't even apologize. The owner Mark is just as bad or worse than her. Ignorant, he wouldn't even apologize for what had happened. This is all after we paid a deposit and now they are choosing not to work with us and will not refund the deposit, we have nothing to show for it except a photo copy of floor plans, which you can get from their website. Terrible experience. They will not take our phone calls or reply to emails. We call and get told Mark is out of office every time. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AN SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE! FROM PEOPLE WHO CARE, THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!!!
Would give zero stars if possible. We were lied to from the get go and dragged through the mud through the entire purchasing process. We are still dealing with issues as the house wasn’t set properly and Mark (owner) promised it would be fixed (in November of last year) and still hasn’t had it fixed. Everyone is very nice until the purchase is complete, blaming any issues on whoever else but themselves! When you reach out and bring up a safety issue with the home, they turn into completely different people. Learn from our mistake and do not purchase here!!! Our whole story is much too long to post here, but I will do an extensive post and share around for everyone to be made aware.
The ordering process was easy. Home great. Howard Stickney III site work was excellent. Home delivered early and set crew was amazing. The finish crew however was unsupervised wasted weeks of time. There needs to be a full time well supervised finish crew.
