This was a hard one to review. The property, house, and view is absolutely gorgeous. There’s a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, and basketball hoops all in the house, and a hot tub outside. No one in my family was on any kind of electronics because it was so much fun and there was always something to do. What made me decide to leave a less than stellar review was the email I received a couple weeks after I had rented the non-refundable house for a couple days. In this email, the company renting out the house stipulates a lot of rules I wasn’t aware of before renting. I hated this because it was this long check list of stuff I had to do before leaving the house. I go on vacation to relax, not have a check list of stuff to do at the end. You have to: Empty all the garbage's and take them to the dumpster about half a mile from the property, tidy up by sweeping the kitchen and vacuuming any larger messes, strip all used beds of their sheets and put them in the laundry room, and load and start the dishwasher before leaving. All of this took about an hour. They also tell you in that email that you can’t eat in the bedrooms. This was a struggle to teach children who had never had to abide by this rule before. The property charges you a large mandatory fee which I believe is a cleaning fee. But obvious spots were missed- counters sticky, loofa left in a bathroom, very dusty vent and ceiling fans. Overall, I would stay again. But that email was very disappointing.

The views from this cabin's deck are AMAZING! It really gives a panoramic feel of Bear Lake! Also there is a lot to do inside this cabin! We had tons of fun playing pool all night, having ping-pong tournaments then relaxing in the hot tub!

This was a fantastic place! Me and about 26 of my friend rented it out for a two day weekend retreat for our organization. Even with that amount of people there was plenty of room for us all! It was very well kept up with and new. Very spacious. The view was incredible and way pretty. You could see the whole lake. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. I'm honestly very impressed!

This cabin was the perfect place for our family reunion!! Not only were the views spectacular but we loved how open and inviting the whole cabin was. The floor plan was perfect for accommodating a lot of people without feeling crammed. The huge kitchen made it easy to prepare our meals and serve them to our big family-which is a feat! Having a hot tub at the cabin was perfect for our family too. The kids (and adults) loooved spending time in the hot tub which was the perfect temperature and sparkly clean! We were extremely comfortable our entire stay and all slept great since there were so many comfortable beds. After such a great experience at this cabin, we are already planning on coming back! I highly, highly recommend.

This lodge is beautiful!! The location is convenient and the view is gorgeous! I would love to give 5 stars... with a few small improvements. 1) Contract clarity. Be careful thinking you are paying a refundable deposit first, it's a non-refundable down payment. They collect the "refundable" deposit when you pay in full. Ours was obviously not refunded because we misunderstood this part. 2) Pest control. We killed several spiders, lots of box elder bugs, and discovered a mouse running through the kitchen. 3) A list of what the house has stocked. We have rented several homes in the past with lots of toilet paper, seasonings, and other handy things like that. This house was NOT stocked, which is just fine, but it would be very beneficial to be informed of that before you arrive. Had we known we would have brought toilet paper, seasonings, hand towels, and several cooking utensils with us. 4) The hot tub was green, growing, and cool. We called to inform the rental agency but they didn't come to take care of it until our last day there. Over all an AMAZING place!! Just a few downers that could easily be avoided with a little communication.

After not having spent quality time with some of our couple friends my wife and I decided to invite them to a weekend getaway. We were able to stay in this amazing cabin with some of our best friends and it was such a wonderful way to relax, catch up, play games, and make new memories together. Bear lake is such a beautiful place to be all year round and staying in a nice cabin is the only way to do it. Aside from having an amazing view we had everything we needed in the kitchen to make yummy meals, enough entertainment to keep us busy all day (billiards, ping pong, movies, hot tub, etc.) and a perfect master bedroom to sleep in. The cabin has a nice open feel with a beautiful view and enough comfortable beds to bring an entire crew (which we plan to do this next summer). The booking process was seamless and all of our needs were met fully and were treated very well by the host. My wife and I kept saying that we wish we could live in this cabin. We will be back for sure!
