Had a number of issues with one of their places which I felt I had to fight to have addressed. They included a moldy sink cabinet, septic leaks under the house. Then during a multi day power outage caused by storms I was content to not have light but after 2 days asked either that they temporarily power the well so it can repressurize so I can take showers and use the restroom, or that we work something out to pay for a hotel. The lady said no way because it was an act of God, and then in one exchange said that I could boil water from the river for showers. I paid what I believe to be a high rate for the lodging given the area, so I consider this outrageous. I was willing to pay high rate as I work long hours, don’t have time for issues, and therefore am willing to pay for the cost of a reliable place. This is a business claiming to offer luxury vacations? Don’t understand why they want to charge for days I practically can’t make use of the place. One review here is from someone who says they hauled gravel to the place. Another is from someone with the same name as the owner gave it a 5 star review. Wonder how many of these reviews are genuine.

I hauled gravel on the drive-way. Really nice, secluded cabin next to a creek. Beautiful & cozy looking on the inside. Will truly consider staying there in the future.
