Unsure of how Becka operates but I don’t care to develop a business relationship with them just based off one interaction with Heather. She is so rude, disrespectful and dismissive that Becka Management can only be viewed negatively in my opinion. She is possibly the most condescending person that I have encountered in any business environment and that speaks volumes. As horrible as she spoke to me, I can only imagine what people experiencing any hardships paying rent get treated like. If I could give zero stars, it would still be too much.

so glad were not the only ones who have had problems with this company.. we are having problems with landlord and becka was no help.. the "inspection" was they walked in the house asked my disabled husband if house was ok he said yea.. because we had to do the plumbing and bathrom electric by our selves we still have shorts in the electric.. i have complained befor but does no good.. wish these companys and landlords would take more pride in their jobs..
Due to Covid 19, Becka Management has locked their doors, and will not take consumer questions in person regarding voucher applications. They ask that if you're dropping off your bundle of paperwork, you have it in an envelope labeled with your name, and leave it in the drop box. One drawback: the dropbox is small, and envelopes can easily be taken by identity thieves.
This is the most unprofessional management group I have ever had the displeasure of working with. MSHDA doesn't help at all and landlord actually have denied me because they DON'T want to work them. As I look over the reviews I see it's an old problem with no remedy. Nothing has changed and I have over 50 emails, 4 years of sloppy work and nonsense. Time to start requesting answers. If it was us we would have been fired. This is not good business at all.
If I could rate them lower I would the front office people are rude in person and on the phone if you get someone to answer. Recertifying is a nightmare they treat you as a 3rd class citizen.

Jack Thompson is the most unprofessional guy I have dealt with. I complained to MHSDA about him, too. Never ever returned 1 phone call, slow on emails and everyone else there has his back. I deal with another company for a different Michigan county and they are great.
This place is terrible can not get thru to anybody the worst I have ever seen
