Pleasantly surprised how safe I feel returning to the ferry to commutte into the city. NY waterway has done a great job marking seats and standing areas to keep everyone at a safe distance apart. Thank you

Nice terminal. Cold on a windy fall day.
Trash service. Boats are constantly breaking down, phantom cancellations with no reasons given, and commuters paying 650 month left in the cold. They must invest in the fleet like the Seastreak and get one more big boat. It is getting worse and worse every year.
Great commute option to NY
Love indoor waiting. Clean ferry. Kids ride free. Plus once you're in NYC you can take the NY waterways buses for free just showing your ticket. CLOSED WEEKENDS - very disappointing
