Love love love Nicole! I have been going to her for two years and always loved what she’s done with my hair! The rest of the staff is friendly and great too! The only thing I’m not a big fan of is some of the policies. A few days after my hair coloring, I noticed a line of bleach (a foil must have slipped no biggie! It happens sometimes!) so I called for a touch up and was told that since it has been more than 24 hours I would have to pay for it. Super big bummer. Nicole did fix it free of charge and she did a great job! Just be aware of the policies. I think it’s a little intense to charge full cost of service if you don’t call 48 hours beforehand to cancel. The prices have also gone up because of the global pandemic (which I understand) but they haven’t gone down. Overall this is a great place to get your hair done! Just make sure you’re aware of the policies.

I recently moved and needed to find a salon which specializes in cutting curly hair. From the moment Courtney answered the telephone until I left after my first hair color and cut from Jessica, everything was professional and so super clean. They take sanitizing to a new level which made me feel very comfortable being there during these times. Each staff member was friendly and considerate. Everything I was having done was explained in detail beforehand. I am so happy to have found a place I can go to with confidence. Well done!!

I am a new client of Bellegentes and couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s beautiful inside, the staff are all professional and friendly and it’s very clean. Youre constantly seeing the girls wiping everything down and taking all necessary precautions. Each visit has been lovely and now 3 of our family members are new clients here!

When I used to get my hair cut or colored, I never liked how it looked at first. I would then get used to it and start to like it. I’ve gone to Bellagente twice now, and both times I’ve liked how I looked while still in the chair, which hasn’t happened in a long time. They listen to what I want, and I’ve felt very comfortable. The whole place feels very welcoming, and I feel very safe when I see how they’re keeping everything clean during COVID.

Pretty salon which is why I gave it two stars. Don’t book an appointment with the owner. she is never on time for your appointment-especially if you’re the first one of her day. They ask you to arrive early but she walks in 15-20 minutes after your supposed arrival time and appointment time. The front desk girls are very unprofessional and combative. And don’t get me started on the cancellation policy or the astronomical retainer fee (that sometimes the girls don’t even take off your balance). I personally prefer a relaxing salon service and not to be bit by a dog during my appointment.
