Very dissatisfied. First and last time I took my golden retriever here for a grooming and I asked for a Lab cut which she has gotten done before elsewhere with no problem. They shaved her very unevenly, ears were not clean at all. They shaved her tail and left hair at the end i don’t know if they did this to be funny. Not to mention I had an appointment at 1:30 pm and they kept her there for 4 hours when they said it should only take 2 hours. She is a senior dog that suffers from anxiety, I called to check on her they said she was doing fine but she came out of there shaking.. As someone else said, do not take your dog here if you love them. No wonder i was able to get an appointment so quickly while everywhere else is booked..

Very dissatisfied. Shaved my Liitle yorkie instaed of puppy cut. And due to water left in his ears. He now has 2 ear infections. Very upset

I took my dog Peebles to Bellas Express Groomer. I found her on Google's. Best dog groomer ever. Price is worth every penny my dog looks so beautiful. I am happy with her work and will continue to bring my Peebles to her for grooming. I highly recommend this place. If I could I would give it 10 stars I will be referring all of my friends to Bellas Express Grooming located in Franklin Square NY
