Took care of my hearing aids as if he had sold them to me himself. Upon getting them back from regeneration he did a hearing test and made all the adjustments to make them right. Thanks Ed, a good man to deal with.

Over the years I've been to Charlotte EENT and Miracle Ear and they can't hold a candle to Belmont Hearing Center. Mr. Eddie Grubbs is hearing impared himself and I think that's why his exam, knowledge and care about MY hearing is head and shoulders above the rest. I've had my new custom aids for 7 days now and it's amazing. Birds do still sing early in the morning. Thank you Mr. Grubbs. Your care and customer service is the best.

Sporadic Travels

Ed is very friendly and accommodating in scheduling. The small one room office is located in the Stowe Building and contains all of the essentials, such as a sound booth for audiology exams. He's easy to reach by phone, text or email. He can call any hearing aid company and order aides or parts, whatever is necessary for your issue. I definitely recommend him for anyone in the Charlotte /Belmont and surrounding areas for any hearing tests, questions, concerns, or to order new devices. I will be back!

Found them on Facebook. I cannot say what a pleasure it is to work with them, and how he made me feel like I was the most important patient he had. Top of the line equipment and service! He serviced my device when other centers would not because I did not purchase them from their center. He truly wants to help all hearing impaired.

I went in an Eddie conducted a hearing evaluation on both ear. He was such a pleasure. I will never go anywhere else but Belmont Hearing Center!! A!!!
