We came in to have them take a look at my sons hearing aids. He is 15 and doesn’t always tell us if he is having issues with them. Well, we were so very appreciative of how quickly and kindly they helped us out. As walk in clients with no other experience with them. They replaced all the filters and the tubes, cleaned the units and had them back in our hands in about 20 minutes. Since then my son says he has to turn the devices way down so they are not too loud. That’s much better than they have worked in a couple years! Thank you so very much for the support and for being so cost effective. We are very satisfied with our care!

No rush to get me in and out. Took the time to explain everything and let me demo a couple of different aids. One aid was at the lower end of the price range and one aid was at the top end. This helped me determine what might actually work as a solution to my loss.

I was very pleased with the care given to me during the time of my exam. At age 87, my hearing has gone down as was noted by the way I responded to questions. I do not want to live in a silent world. Will be considering hearing aids to eliminate this difficulty.
